Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us as long as it adheres to the following conditions:

1. Nutrition Depot only accepts returns on

    • expired products(without disclosure of the expiration dates on the website)
    • damaged,
    • and wrong products received.

2. This policy does not cover change of mind, product compatibility, customer preference, and customer error.

3. Product replacement request is valid only within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, acceptance, or pick-up of goods.

4. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused or unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

5. Please provide unboxing video in case there’s a problem with your order. Claims require video proof for resolution.
