Niacinamide is the form of niacin that circulates in the bloodstream and is needed for the synthesis of energy (ATP), the activation of folate and the regeneration of glutathione.* It is necessary for the normal breakdown of fats and the release of energy from carbohydrates.* Niacinamide and niacin are the two forms of vitamin B3. Niacinamide does not cause flushing or skin irritation like niacin may cause.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by your physician.
