WHAT IS IT?
XENO Amino is a nextgen amino acid powerhouse containing all 3 BCAA, 9 EAA, and a further 11 “conditionally essential” amino acids. These 20 amino acids found in the Myo-Seq™ amino blend make up all the proteins found in the human body! To further enhance mTOR (triggers conversion of amino acids to muscle tissue) Velositol® was included along with electrolytes and hyaluronic acid for enhanced recovery and joint health.

WHY WOULD I TAKE IT?
When you push yourself working out, you cause microtrauma to your muscle fibers, the sheath around the muscle, the connective tissue, and tendons. In addition to painful DOMS (delayed onset muscular soreness), failure to recover properly can lead to injury. XENO Amino was formulated to be taken around your workouts to promote recovery, muscle growth, hydration, and joint health. Can also be used 24/7 for amino support.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Xeno Amino works on four specific levels.  First, it contains taurine and Astrolyte™ to promote intracellular muscle hydration and prevent cramping.  Secondly, the hyaluronic acid is needed by tissues at the muscle surface, the fascia – as well as at the terminal ends where the muscle tissue meets the cartilage.  Then we have the previously mentioned Myo-Seq™ amino blend. Myo-Seq™ is a precise amino acid ratio based on the amino acid sequence of skeletal muscle tissue, which is perfect for muscle protein synthesis because it provides the right amino acids, in the right proportions needed to build muscle as quickly and efficiently as possible.  This is then further supported by the inclusion of Velositol® – a complex form of carbohydrate with complementary chromium which has been shown to increase amino acid uptake, promote faster recovery, and improve performance.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I TAKE?
Xeno Amino is best taken 45-60 minutes prior to, during, or after exercise.  You can either take ½ scoop or 1 full scoop dissolved into 16oz (500mL) of water, and mix vigorously.
