How do I order on your website?

Our website is very user-friendly! All you have to do is create an account (or log in if you have one already), add your desired items into your cart, fill in the shipping form, select your payment options and we’ll process your order right away.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, delivery rates vary between Php 100-800 depending on the size of your order and location. 

What are your payment methods?

We offer credit/debit card, bank deposit (BDO or BPI), Gcash and Cash on Delivery to logged-in customers within Metro Manila areas. Our customer support team will contact you about your delivery.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we do! Cash on Delivery (COD) will only be available to logged-in customers within Metro Manila and selected nearby provinces. Check our Shipping Info page to see the list of cities and towns of nearby provinces that cater Cash on Delivery.

Do you have same day delivery?

Yes, we offer premium delivery. If availed we will deliver your orders within 24hrs. However, this is available for selected Metro Manila areas only. The shipping fee is Php300. All orders after the 2 pm cutoff will be processed the following day.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery lead time within Metro Manila is 1-2 working days. For orders outside Metro Manila, it may take 3-6 days depending on your region. We do not process orders or make deliveries on Sundays. The daily cutoff of orders is 2 PM.

Who is your courier?

Metro Manila orders are delivered by Go Moto, and outside delivery orders are delivered by LBC.

How can I track my order?

Our customer support team will send you a text message or give you a call to let you know when your order will arrive. For outside Metro Manila deliveries, we’ll send you an LBC tracking number which can be tracked here: https://www.lbcexpress.com/track/

Do you have physical branches? Where are you located?

We have 11 branches all over the Philippines, including areas in Visayas and Mindanao. You may check out our list of branches here.

Why do prices vary between branches?

Some of our branches are franchises of Nutrition Depot so the head office are not in control of their pricing and promos.

Our franchise branches are: SM City Dasmariñas, SM City Bacoor, Davao City, Iloilo City, and Zamboanga City.

Are your products safe to take for everyone?

Our products are FDA approved, and are definitely safe to take by any physically fit
person. However, some products are not recommended to be taken by pregnant women, or persons with heart problems. We always recommend to consult first with a physician before purchasing.

      We offer credit card, bank deposit (BDO or BPI), Bayad Center (M Lhuillier, Palawan Padala,
      etc), and Cash on Delivery options. Our customer support team will contact you about your
      delivery.

      Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

      Yes, we do! Cash on delivery has no charge inside Metro Manila, but we do charge Php 150 for
      cash on delivery orders outside Metro Manila.

      How long does delivery take?

      Metro Manila orders will be delivered the following day if made before 4:00 pm. Outside
      Metro Manila orders take 2-6 days depending on your region. We do not process orders
      or make deliveries on Sundays.
