5 Ways to Spice Up Your Oatmeal

Oatmeal is a popular choice when it comes to having an easy, quick, and healthy meal to start your day.

But, eating oatmeal every day can get boring—so, we’ve put together a list of ways you can get creative with your oatmeal so you can look forward to breakfast every day:

If you’re one to seriously track your macros, throwing in a scoop or two of whey protein can be a game-changer. It’s an easy way to help reach your daily protein requirement, plus it adds flavor to your meal—it’s like hitting two birds with one stone! Or, if you want to do away with the extra flavoring, stirring in an egg white or two can do the trick as well.
